The parking attendant damaged my car while I was talking to the receptionist last night, and the staff were rude and unprofessional throughout. I felt they showed little courtesy or responsibility toward guests. Management should look into what happened and improve service standards. I strongly condemn how both the staff and attendant behaved. I wouldn't recommend the hotel after this experience. 😠

Mr.Kashif Abbasi at the front office was especially professional and friendly. The rooms were excellent too, and the service from the staff was great. Regards

Good value, and a nice place for a family stay. The staff are well maintained, and they respond quickly.

I paid for an AC room, then decided after a few minutes to switch to non-AC. They refused to refund the price difference. I wasn't satisfied with the service, and that felt dishonest and unethical. I can't recommend it.

The washroom was clean, and the room service staff were efficient and behaved well. My room was nicely arranged, the furniture was in good shape, and the AC worked perfectly. I had a great stay at the regal residency hotel. I'd recommend Regal Residency Hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place in Rawalpindi. 😊
