Royalton Hotel

The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and the welcome felt warm. Staff from reception through housekeeping and room service were excellent, cooperative, and well trained. I'd give the place four stars myself, while keeping in mind that it's a three-star hotel, so don't expect five-star facilities. The Royalton team is doing a fantastic job, and I wouldn't spend my money at other nearby hotels. A couple of things could still improve. Wi-Fi is better than before but still doesn't work reliably. Royalton management, please consider managed access points on every floor. Also, adjoining rooms such as 506 and 507 aren't soundproof, so noise can disturb guests in the next room. Better soundproofing would help.

Management operations seemed slow, though the staff stayed responsive and helpful. They were cooperative, well trained, and welcoming, and their courteous, professional attitude made the stay pleasant. The hotel doesn't really fit into either the 3- or 5-star category. Breakfast was impressive and well prepared. Lunch and dinner didn't match that quality or variety and could use improvement. Wi-Fi has improved noticeably, but still isn't fully reliable. Managed access points on each floor could make the connection more stable. The connected rooms also need better soundproofing to prevent noise between adjoining rooms and give guests more comfort and privacy. It was a satisfactory stay, with strong service from the staff. Faster management, better lunch and dinner, more reliable Wi-Fi, and improved sound insulation could make the experience much better.

I stayed for 3 days and had a great time. It was very affordable, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly and enjoyable. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling out of country.

A lovely, sweet place where I really like staying. It feels safe, with high security. A really excellent place.
