The staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help with requests, and breakfast was good value. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with what I needed for a relaxing stay. Shelton’s Ambassador is also conveniently located near major attractions and markets, which made it easy to explore Islamabad. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a cozy, budget-friendly place with welcoming service.

The staff are very unprofessional, and room service is very slow. There’s no inverter AC in the rooms, and the same breakfast is served every morning. Its quality is just OK. Please improve the staff and the quality.
