If you're traveling as a group of bachelors, you may be able to get one of the better rooms. Families shouldn't count on the management here. There are standard rooms in very bad condition, with a smell, and better rooms that cost more but still aren't managed well. The staff seemed like a bunch of guys running around, with almost no leadership or hierarchy. Service was poor. On two different days they arranged vehicles for me, but when it was time to leave, the drivers backed out or the vehicles weren't what had been promised. They were also taking nearly 25% of what they charged us from the drivers.

This was my second visit, and I had a nice time. The service was good.

I really liked the rooms, they were beautiful and extremely clean, and there was warm water even in winter. The corridors could use more cleaning, though. Prices felt somewhere in the middle, not too high or too low. Still, the rooms were lovely. Awesome!

I stayed here with my family the day before yesterday, and it was my worst hotel experience. The rooms weren't clean, and water was blocked in the washrooms. For what it costs, that wasn't acceptable to me. Their car service also charges 30% more than the usual drivers, and they try to mislead you about the travel services. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
