The meals were delicious and served fresh, and the hotel is just a short drive from Mingora and other tourist spots. We found the staff welcoming, polite, and ready to help, with the kind of Swati hospitality that makes you feel at home. Our room was spacious, neat, and well maintained, with the basic facilities for a comfortable stay. The setting was peaceful, clean, and family friendly. Moon Palace MZ Hotel is right in the heart of Fizagat, near the river and surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. It felt like a budget friendly gem in Swat, with top notch service and a relaxing atmosphere. I'd recommend it to families, couples, or anyone wanting to enjoy Swat comfortably.

The rooms stayed warm even though it was very cool outside, and the hotel was well maintained. The friendly, caring staff made a good impression from the moment we arrived at reception. Their service and pleasant manner left me with a warm welcome to remember. I'd highly recommend it to locals and foreign visitors, and I'd probably choose Moon Palace again.

We booked a room on Sept 8, 2019 at 9pm, with the basic requirements, then went out for dinner. When we returned at 11:30pm, the room still wasn't ready. We asked Mr. Kashif Khan to provide what was needed, but he angrily told us to vacate and kept the room rent without refunding it. We sought help from police officers on night patrol, but they were unable to resolve it. Mr. Kashif misbehaved with and threatened us in front of the police. It was a really upsetting experience. We plan to report this hotel and urge people to avoid staying there. Before promoting international tourism, the KPK government and PM should regulate hotels and ensure they meet basic living and security standards.

Fizagut Park is right across from this good place to stay in mingora, and you can go boating on the river there too.
