Jeevens Hotel - Sialkot

The dinner was delicious and our guests appreciated it. We hosted a function at Hotel Jeevan, and the arrangements were organized, with courteous, attentive staff and smooth service throughout. It was a great venue for a function, and I'd highly recommend it.

We've stayed here twice, for more than a week each time. The rooms, service, parking and location are good, but the food isn't up to the mark.

Average hotel. The hallways are dark and need updating and paint. Wi-Fi is very slow and needs an upgrade. The bathroom needs a makeover soon, and the taps and shower head should be replaced. My room looked out onto the corridor where the other rooms are.

The front desk team deserves credit, though the rest of the staff are functional rather than especially friendly. The hotel is large, with spacious rooms, but the old furniture, stained walls and dated decor don't make it inviting. There's a strange smell throughout, and even the clean, maintained restrooms have a typical odour. The basement gym and pool are mediocre at best. The restaurant food is average, and the whole place feels shady and unwelcoming. It may suit solo or business travellers, but families looking for a warmer atmosphere may want to look elsewhere.
