Mahdi was especially attentive, polite, and well trained, and his helpful manner made our visit more comfortable and memorable. The staff welcomed us warmly and were ready to help throughout. We enjoyed the fresh, tasty food and variety of local dishes, especially in the peaceful garden dining area. The mountain views were stunning, and our clean, well maintained room was a comfortable place to rest after exploring Skardu. My family and I had an amazing stay at Summit Hotel Skardu. We’d gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a scenic, comfortable place.

We’ve been eating here a lot because all the food has been amazing. The staff are great and really caring. During our winter stay, they provided heating, hot water, and a heated bedsheet. Best hotel we’ve stayed in during our month in Pakistan, by far. We’d stay here again.

The food was satisfactory, but the rest of the stay disappointed me. The internet was terrible, and the hotel seems overpriced for what it offers. My room was old and dated, with a strong unpleasant smell. Noise was another problem, mainly from a loud generator running in front of the hotel. I’d advise future guests to look for somewhere more pleasant.

Summit Hotel Skardu had flavorful food and very friendly staff, especially Sadiq bhai and Mazahir bhai, who were 1000/10. The hotel and food both get 10/10, as do the staff apart from Yousuf. The night manager was the big disappointment: his manner was unfriendly and unprofessional, and he treated guests poorly regardless of their room type. I’d rate Yousuf -900/10. Even so, I’d still recommend the hotel for its amenities and service, but watch out for Yousuf. My rating for the hotel is 9/10.

The service at Summit was superb, and the staff were excellent. Everything else was good, but the food prices are high.
