The room was new and clean, though the AC didn't have much power and the internet was mediocre. Breakfast, the restaurant, pool, and spa were all superb. There was no minibar in the room, and at times it got really crowded and noisy.

Breakfast was the highlight, with a very good and varied selection. The aquarium was also beautifully maintained, and the fish looked healthy and happy. The common areas were clean and pleasant, and our room was spotless and comfortable. The AC worked well, there was a nice, generous selection of tea and coffee, and the towels were clean and very fluffy. We had to choose a hotel while travelling because of bad road weather, and were pleasantly surprised. Staff helped us park our car with bikes under CCTV so they would be safe. I don't know about the restaurant, but breakfast was great. I pay attention to fire safety for professional reasons. Most of the regulations were met, with clear markings and plenty of extinguishers, but one fire exit was locked. That could be a deadly trap in a fire and needs to be fixed ASAP.
