As a customer, I found the room dirty and apparently not cleaned at all. When I reported it, the staff were rude and brushed me off. The service felt unprofessional and disrespectful toward guests. The prices are high for such a terrible standard. I can't recommend it, it was a waste of money and nerves.

We were disappointed by the service and won't be coming back. The dinners were very poor, and nobody asked whether we wanted a drink or offered us anything. We stayed Friday through Monday, but no one cleaned the room, replaced the towels, or took out the trash during that time. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation.

The grounds outside the hotel are beautiful, and parking is available. We stayed one night with our two little kids. Our room was clean and nicely furnished, and the beds felt fresh and clean. Breakfast runs from 8-10, with tasty fresh food, including breads, cheese, ham, omelets, different teas, juices, coffee, and more. There’s an indoor and an outdoor playground for children. Spa and wellness access is included in the price, though we didn’t use it because we had the kids with us. I recommend it. 👍

The hotel is about 20 km from the Bialka ski slopes, and it worked well for our ski trip. The rooms were clean and had good sound insulation. There’s a play area on level -1 for children of all ages. Breakfast had plenty of choice and tasted great, and the staff were okay. A nice spot for skiing in Bialka Tatranska, whether you’re with family or friends.

Goracy Potok SPA is right across the road, so the location was ideal for our visit. Staying at the hotel also got us 20% off thermal bath tickets, though I’m not sure why that isn’t mentioned on the website. The hotel has two jacuzzis and two saunas, plus bowling, a pool, and a play area for kids, all free to use. Parking is free too. The rooms were great, the staff polite and helpful, and the food was very good. There’s complimentary coffee and tea all day, and the price felt like amazing value. I really can’t find a downside. 100% recommend.
