Hostel Orange Tree

We’ve booked and stayed here 3 times, and really appreciated choosing this hotel every time. The rooms are perfectly clean, with lovely views of sparkling lights and a castle. Shops are nearby, and the overall service is good. The staff are friendly, smiling, accommodating, and have a sense of humour. Highly recommended.

The reception gentleman welcomed me warmly and was polite, professional, genuinely hospitable, and ready to help with anything. He made me feel at home right away. Orang Green Hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with well-kept, nicely designed rooms. The bathroom was spotless, the bedding cozy, and everything showed attention to detail. It’s a calm, pleasant place for either work or leisure, and the location makes it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and public transport. My stay exceeded expectations, and I appreciated the high service level and welcoming staff. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Będzin and will return on my next trip.

This was the worst hostel I’ve ever seen. My boyfriend and I booked a room through booking. The photos there looked one way, but the actual room shocked us. It smelled bad and was very dirty. We’d asked for one bed for the two of us, but there were 3😄 for one person. We wanted to switch rooms or get our money back. When the owner heard, he started pushing my boyfriend. I said that if we didn’t want to sleep there, we could go to Ukraine, where there is a war in our country. His disgusting behavior shocked me. He didn’t refund us and kicked us out. It was too expensive, too: we paid 160 zl, plus you have to pay +70 for breakfast. Now we’re sleeping at Szafran for only 250, with one bad for 2 and breakfast included. Hotel ****. I wish the owner of Tree Orange would see a psychologist..

The balcony had a nice view, but there was quite a bad sewage smell when you entered the room. For the price it was OK. The single box bed could use a thicker mattress so it’s easier to get out of.
