The reception staff were friendly and always willing to help, even stepping in over the awful treatment in the restaurant. But the hotel feels completely outdated, with things seeming broken or dirty. I haven’t stayed somewhere like this in ages. The breakfast is pretty poor, and several restaurant staff make really bad gestures whenever you ask for something or try to speak English. They did it just because I asked them to toast a sad piece of bread. It was completely unnecessary, and I haven’t seen behavior like that in a long time. I hope hotel management does something about it. Sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The rooms are clean and a good size, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food wasn’t bad either, though the selection of beer and stronger alcohol was small. Outside Belchatow, the hotel sits in a quiet, secluded area, with a pool and tennis courts. There isn’t much else to do.

It’s a nice spot close to the forest, but everything in the hotel felt worn out.

The restaurant is very good, while breakfast is just okay. Rooms are clean and spacious, so it works absolutely fine for a work trip. The lake isn’t pretty, though, so I wouldn’t choose this place for a holiday.

The location is pretty unusual, so double check before setting off :) We liked it a lot for a quick family trip, though I can see it not being to everyone’s taste.
