The park around the place is lovely, with big trees and little lakes, and inside it was clean and warm. We also really enjoyed the food and the customer service. The bedding was the one letdown: the blankets are so thin and small that barely one person can get under one, and there was only a single blanket in our double room. That's why I’m giving it 4 out of 5.

I stayed for three nights on a business trip and left disappointed. The room was small and basically okay, but it wasn’t clean. After the first day there was no room service; reception told me I needed to request cleaning, so I did the next morning, but it still wasn’t cleaned by evening. Watching TV from the bed was impossible because it’s positioned at a right angle to it. I arrived Monday evening and there was no food being served. The house and grounds have the makings of a good place, but poor cleanliness and management let it down.

For a surprisingly low price, we got a lovely room, a generous, nicely done breakfast, and helpful staff. We left feeling rested and refreshed after our overnight stay, and would happily stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and peaceful, spotless too, and the service felt like five stars. Everyone was so friendly and ready to help. Ms. Maria and Ewelina helped me both before and during my stay, and I really appreciated it. I’d love to return if I’m in Poland again.

The night guard treated me absolutely disgracefully when I checked in late. If you don’t speak Polish, you’ll be treated very badly. Shame!
