The location worked well for the mountains, and breakfast was tasty. We arrived late in the evening when everything nearby was closed, but dinner was prepared for us when we asked, so thank you for that. We stayed four nights. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay, and fresh towels were only provided if we asked at reception. That was very unpleasant.

We had a cozy, clean room, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is updated and nicely decorated, and breakfast was a great buffet. We didn't manage to try the jacuzzi or sauna, but they looked to be working and in good shape. A few shops and restaurants are nearby, and the location is great. My husband and I loved our stay at the Grand Tatry hotel. 👌

The only issue for us was dinner being served too early, from 15:00 to 17:00. Otherwise, we loved staying here: the staff were kind, the rooms clean and beautiful, and the ski resort super close.

We've stayed at Grand Tatry with our family for the third time because we like it here. It's comfortable, and the ski lifts are a 6-8 minute walk away. Most of the time the meals are delicious, so we're happy with those too. English is the sticking point: one man speaks it well, but most of the staff don't really, and even reception didn't always fully understand what we wanted. The meal names are only written in Polish, so we don't always know what we're eating.

Great place to stay for a ski trip, with a clean, comfortable room in a perfect location. Kamil went out of his way to help us throughout the visit, and we're very grateful.
