We spent an extended weekend here at the beginning of May. The mountain views from this excellent location were lovely, and we liked that breakfast ran until 11 AM, especially with young kids. There was enough to do without leaving the hotel: the children spent ages in the spacious kids' room, open until 11 PM, while we used the wellness area. It was fairly quiet on weekdays and a little busier over the weekend, but still fine. The rooms and hotel are both very nice. Underground parking is available for an extra fee.

We couldn’t travel because war broke out unexpectedly and the airspace closed, so I never got to stay at Hotel Bania. Still, I wanted to share how the team handled it. Although the booking terms didn’t require them to, they agreed to cancel our reservation and treated us with understanding, kindness, and professionalism during a stressful time. That level of care says a lot about the hotel and its management. When things are back to normal, we absolutely plan to visit, and I’ll gladly recommend Hotel Bania to friends and family. Thanks again for being fair and looking after us so well.

We had such a great time at the club downstairs, it was amazing and I recommend it to everyone. The restaurant was very good too. The hotel itself was nice, with pretty rooms, and its central spot among the ski resorts made it perfect for everything!

We came with our 4 boys and found the hotel really accommodating for kids, with loads of activities to keep them busy. The water park was amazing, and the friendly, helpful staff made the stay even better. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the hotel restaurant was top notch. Hands down one of the best hotels for families. If we come back to Poland and the Zakopane area, we’ll stay here again!

Last year’s stay at Hotel Bania was peaceful, well organized, and worth the cost, so we were looking forward to returning. This visit felt completely different and was quite disappointing. There was ongoing construction, with no warning before we arrived. The noise started early and went on all day, making it hard to relax between trips to the pool or spa. There were no special offers or spa discounts to make up for the disruption. We were also uncomfortable that swimsuits are optional in some guest pool and sauna areas. That wasn’t mentioned in the booking information, and families or international guests should be told about it. Dinner is served from 2pm to 5pm, which is very early; extending it to at least 6:30 or 7pm would make more sense. For a hotel presenting itself as a relaxing mountain retreat, the poor communication and conditions were a letdown. At minimum, the price should reflect the stay as it is.
