Gorgeous place, spotlessly clean, with lovely staff and delicious breakfasts.

July must be the off season for this ski village. The hotel didn’t seem fully booked, so there was plenty of room to enjoy the spa, kids’ room, and breakfast. The whole place was clean, and the rooms looked nice. There was a good variety at breakfast, and staff kept everything topped up. The wellness area has a small jacuzzi, while the sauna section is spacious and has three or four different options, including steam and infrared.

The restaurant serves tasty, quite elaborate dishes. The hotel is centrally located but quiet, so it suits a peaceful few days or a chance to recharge after a full day skiing. Kids have plenty of space too, with a large garden and games, plus a dedicated playroom for winter. The whole place is finished in luxurious wood, which gives it a magical feel at night. It’s a wonderful hotel, very well equipped, with multilingual staff and luxurious rooms. For the quality, it could easily be a four-star hotel.

The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. It’s right in the center, with the largest ski complex or the thermal pools just 3-5 minutes away by free bus. The hotel is modern but keeps its traditional style. Officially it’s three stars, but the quality is definitely four-star.

The attached karczma serves good Polish food in a wooden building with a really pleasant atmosphere. It isn’t expensive by UK standards. The hotel is very nice and the staff are excellent. Breakfast is included, self-serve, with something for everyone. I’d happily recommend this hotel.
