That breakfast buffet was incredible, easily the best hotel spread I’ve ever had. We stayed four nights, and the hotel is very nice with good facilities. The pool was a bit smaller than we’d expected from the photos, so it can get very crowded at busy times. The room was nice too, but there’s no air conditioning. It was 30°C during the day and, even on the first floor, the room got very hot in the evenings. We asked reception for a fan, which helped. We would have liked to eat dinner at the hotel after those breakfasts, but the evening menu was a little limited, especially for vegetarians, and prices were a bit high compared with local restaurants.

There’s a dry room for skis and ski boots, and the hotel has a restaurant serving delicious dishes in large portions at reasonable prices. Service was good and friendly, there are activities for children, and breakfast is included. The hotel is 1,500 steps, or one bus stop, from the ski slopes. The ski bus was crowded in the mornings, so we walked the 10-15 minutes to the slopes. The jacuzzi was warm, but we couldn’t figure out how or when the bubbles work 😀

It’s a good place, with nice rooms, a nice pool, and loads to keep kids entertained. There’s a playroom, soft play, and outdoor playgrounds, so they definitely won’t be bored. The downside is that if you’re not Polish, and especially if you’re not “white,” you may face discrimination from many of the hotel’s guests, and occasionally from a couple of staff members.

The food is generally good, but the waiter’s attitude was ABHORRENT. He was nowhere to be found, then got irritated when he saw we’d joined two tables to fit our group of 10. With that attitude, he should just clean toilets.

Everything was clean and modern, and this pension was more beautiful than other three-star hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were very nice and always wore traditional clothes, which I found interesting. The food at breakfast and in the evening was really tasty. The sauna and pool are free for guests. The pool water was clean and not cold, and it had lots of LED lights changing colors, which looked especially nice in the evening. There’s free Wi-Fi too. In the evening it was sometimes hard to find an available parking spot in front of the hotel. We liked the place and will come back.
