Malinowy Potok

The location was peaceful and felt safe, especially with children, with the mountains in the distance. It was our first visit to Hotel Malinowy Potok, but we’ll definitely look to come back. The hotel is stylish, modern, bright, and clean. There are lots of facilities: a billiards and foosball games room, a ball pit and soft play, a kids’ playpark, three saunas, a pool, salt cave, massage parlour, and even a popular inflatable slide. The hotel wasn’t too busy, so the pool and saunas were easy to use and often empty. The spa was the main reason I booked, and it didn’t disappoint. The saunas were clean and comfortable, and the salt cave was relaxing. A couple of times they weren’t switched on, but staff fixed that quickly. Our room was spotless, with a fantastic balcony, comfortable beds, and Rituals products in the bathroom as a nice luxury touch. It did get a little hot at night, so a portable fan and light sleepwear might help. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide choice that staff constantly replenished. The meats and cheeses were delicious, and staff kept the area clean and answered our questions. Dinner was soup and a main plate, served between 4 and 6. That suited us, but the timing may not work so well if you want to explore during the day. The staff were friendly and hard-working. We arrived a little late, and reception sent us to dinner before it ended, then let us check in. Our Polish isn’t great, but Dominik, the younger man working Wednesday and Thursday, spoke great English and was friendly. He worked hard at breakfast and dinner, and even at the bar at night. We managed with other staff using a mix of Czech and Polish. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job too, and everyone I met was friendly.

This was our second year at the hotel, and it was just as good as we remembered. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. A very pleasant stay again. :)

The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, with stunning mountain views. The hotel and surrounding area are beautiful, and there’s a nice pool and spa with plenty for kids to do. Breakfast had lots of choices, and dinner was very good too. It’s a great spot if you like skiing. Everything was perfect for us, and I’d happily recommend the hotel.

Loved the views and the location. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the little spa was nice. Breakfast was good, with everything from fresh fruit to a selection of meats.
