The stylish bar with bowling was a favorite, and we also enjoyed the cozy restaurant, tasty dinners, and excellent breakfast. There’s a spa with a jacuzzi and a few saunas, plus a games room with ping-pong and other games and a large playroom for little kids. Parking was big enough, and Biedronka is nearby. Our room was clean and spacious enough, with a balcony, and the staff were friendly and patient. Most of them speak English. The main downside was dinner being served from 2PM til 5PM. They said they couldn’t serve it later because it was off season.

We spent a week here for skiing and were really impressed. The rooms are large, and everyone on staff was helpful and friendly. There’s loads for kids to do. The bowling alley is very popular, so book it ahead. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast before a full day on the slopes, and the restaurant food was very good too. They often have live music as well.

YOLO means you only live once, so spend your money wisely and avoid this place. We left our room at noon on Sunday, but the man at reception wouldn’t look after our luggage until 5.30 p.m. That’s unacceptable for a 3-star hotel in a tourist area, and I ended up paying 50 ZL (around 10 EUR) to store our bags at another hotel. We stayed just two nights and the room wasn’t cleaned. When we raised it, they did or said nothing, even though cleaning was part of the service we paid for. The hotel was noisy too. I could hear different conversations from our room, which might be a way to learn new languages, but it wasn’t pleasant when trying to relax. The man at reception doesn’t speak good English. I know that’s not a must, but they could improve it if they want to provide decent service to international guests. Love yourself and choose somewhere else. Cheers,

The location is very close to the ski slopes and shops. There’s parking, a games room for kids and adults with billiards, air hockey, and ping pong, plus a spa with a jacuzzi and sauna. There’s also a bowling alley, and breakfast was good.
