I found the staff rude, unprofessional, and deceitful. I wasn’t trying to sneak my dog in a bag. The dog travels in a bag and never comes out, and I had no idea pets weren’t allowed since I’d never run into this issue despite traveling worldwide. The allergy explanation felt like a lame excuse they had just come up with. There would be no contact between the pet and other guests, though I didn’t see any other guests, probably because the overall quality was poor. I’ve read many comments that were less than pleasant. The staff needs to learn how to deal with guests and build a decent rapport. Right now, I can’t imagine them doing anything involving customer service. It’s an utter disgrace!

The rooms were clean and nice, the location was great, and the staff were awesome. Helena at the front desk was especially helpful and kind, and one of the smiliest people we’ve ever met. Definitely great value for anyone staying in Bialka.

We tried six dishes from the menu, and every one was very good. The cream made from regional cheese was a particularly lovely blend of local tradition and modern cooking. I’ve been to quite a few nearby restaurants, but this one is on another level. The meals were delicious, and I can really recommend the place.

I got to Bialka very early and was looking for breakfast. The hotel restaurant was open from 7:30 AM and empty, but when I asked if I could eat there without booking a room, the staff said they could only offer me coffee because I wasn’t staying at the hotel. Then, when I asked for coffee, they didn’t make it. They apparently hadn’t heard me, so I had to ask again. If you’re promoting a fancy restaurant, make sure people can actually eat there during its opening hours, especially when there are no competitors nearby.
