A warm, welcoming atmosphere, and hospitable hosts. It’s clean and comfortable, and relaxing here feels more like visiting your grandmother than staying in a hotel.

We only stayed one night, and it was a pleasant one. The room had its own bathroom and a TV, and there was a kitchen available too, with a separate fridge upstairs. We could park in the yard. The place was very nice, and the price felt fair for a tourist.

We ended up checking out that same day and paying a 30% cancellation fee for the week we had planned, then found somewhere else to stay. The yard was overgrown and neglected, the playground equipment was rotten, and the grill was dirty and not ready to use. The smell from it put us off eating or relaxing there, and it felt like we would be having barbecue by the outhouse. We wouldn't recommend the place. The room itself was spacious and mostly clean, but there was so much dust on the blinds that I started sneezing right away, even though I'm not allergic to dust. The bathroom smelled bad, and there weren't any towels for guests. A note on the table asked us to leave a positive review and rating of the room, rather than the property. Those are about the only good things I can say.
