Mrs. Teresa looked after us from the start of the stay to the very end, and her hospitality was lovely. The apartments were modern and spotless, the spa was fantastic, and booking was easy. It was a really pleasant place to stay, and we'd be happy to return. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

We felt right at home here. The rooms were spacious, clean, cozy, and warm, and the bathroom was just as welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed. The manager was so kind and found us a local sleigh ride, which made for a lovely family outing. She even mailed the mug my daughter had left behind through a parcel locker. It's close to everything, and we have such fond memories of our holiday here this year. Highly recommend!

The location worked perfectly for a weekend away, whether as a couple or with kids. We spent one day at Brama Górka (Brace in the Mountains), just a short drive away, then went on a nearby trail. The next day was Zakopane, about 30 minutes by car, for oscypek cheese, a climb up Gubałówka, and dinner somewhere with a unique atmosphere. On the third day we went to the nearby Bania Thermal Baths, the best thermal baths I've ever visited. In winter, skiing is a must. There was a table with discounts for the baths and entrance tickets, so check it before booking anything. The residence itself has a modern, upscale loft feel. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, with carefully chosen furniture, wallpaper, cabinets, and décor that all felt good quality. There were two large, decent TVs, not cheap ones. I think there were mountain views too, though I was busy with the TVs and can't quite remember. We arrived late, so we only spoke with the staff by phone, but she explained everything well and gave us trip-planning advice. The sauna and jacuzzi have a lovely atmosphere and are a great way to unwind as soon as you arrive.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, elegant, and had a lovely terrace. We were in apartment number 5 for a pleasant few days with our child, and the location was convenient, set back from the main street but near shops and a playground. We left pleased overall, though a few things could be better :) The spa was one of the main reasons we chose this place, but it wasn't what we'd pictured. It's small, with a sauna and jacuzzi right beside it, and it gets hard to use when lots of people are there. A booking system with set time slots might help. Breakfast wasn't very tasty, didn't keep us full, and at 50 PLN per person it wasn't anything special. Since breakfast came with 2-in-1 coffee sachets, we expected better coffee facilities and a supply of coffee in the apartment. The chairs at the dining table are really heavy and loud, and sound carries from the other apartments, so the noise was a problem once our child was asleep. The construction in front of the building didn't help the atmosphere either.
