Białowieski Dworek

There's a lovely garden behind the house, with a barbecue and terrace, and a friendly black cat came to see us every day :). The place is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the rustic house feels like a real home, full of photos and decorations. Its location is great for walks and rides: Palace Park is about 500 meters one way, a bison trail the other, and the viewing tower over the floodplains is around 1.5 km away, with a great sunrise view. You can also bike along that same road to Hajnówka. If you're bringing an electric car or plug-in hybrid, there's no outdoor socket by the parking spot, but there are sockets just outside the window, so a cable can reach through it. My only complaint is that a lot of the pans and pots were greasy and filthy.

Those wooden houses have real character, and there's such peace and quiet around them. With the beautiful surroundings and warm, kind people, you feel like you can finally breathe, almost like being in the forest with God. I highly recommend it. Maybe we'll meet again, because I'll be coming back often :-).

The whole house and garden are yours to use, with room for a bonfire or barbecue. Mornings come with a chorus of birds, and there's so much space that bringing bikes is a great idea. A lovely place to spend time in beautiful surroundings.

We felt like we were in a fairy tale at this charming manor house, with its lovely grounds and real character. We're already planning another stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
