The lock kept jamming, making it impossible to get into or out of the apartment. A locksmith had to be called to the neighboring apartment, while we were told that these locks just do that. The room itself was in very poor shape, with broken-off handles and scratches, and clearly needs renovation. I definitely don’t recommend it.

The location is great, but that’s about the only upside. At first, the apartment looks attractive, and it’s fine if you just need somewhere to sleep before heading out into the city. Spend much of the day inside and you’ll notice the minor shortcomings others have mentioned. Parking is another problem for a larger car or SUV: the underground space between pillars is extremely narrow. My Mazda CX5 couldn’t fit. When I told the staff, they said I could park outside the building in the paid parking zone.

Incompetence. They said over the phone that the room was available, but when we got there to check in, a sudden outage occurred.

The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained, with the lack of renovation obvious at a glance. How can they rent a place in that state? I don’t recommend it and advise avoiding it if possible!!!

I don’t recommend this dishonest company. The apartment they gave us as a replacement after canceling the one we booked was completely unfit for five people. We asked about renting another apartment and got a short answer: none were available. We had to rent a second place from another company. On top of that, the apartment was very run-down and neglected.
