Hotel Podlasie

The service was excellent and the food was lovely, but I barely slept. The walls are so thin that I could hear a group of drunk guests partying in the room next door. I was there on a business trip and needed a good night's rest. As I was travelling alone, I didn't want to confront them, so I asked the receptionist to quiet them down since it was well past midnight. That only encouraged them to carry on. The staff weren't at fault, though, the walls just let everything through. The hotel itself is rather nice.

The rooms were tidy, parking was plentiful, and the customer service was outstanding. The building itself isn't much to look at, but I'd certainly recommend staying here.

The room was decent, though the pillow was too large for my taste, and there was no air conditioning. In summer, rooms on the sunny side must get hot. Breakfast was good, no complaints. It's close to the road, but noise wasn't a problem. Fine for a short break or overnight stay. There are plenty of hotels nearby with different conditions if you'd prefer another option.

We picked this charming, peaceful hotel for a family trip and were very happy with it. The lobby music was excellent. Special thanks to hotel employee Jezyna Klaudia, who listened carefully, understood our problem and helped sort it out quickly. She was attentive and professional. Really appreciate the client-focused service.
