The rooms were clean, and the shared toilets and kitchen were clean too. It’s near the center and the train and bus stations, with the city center about three bus stops away. I’d recommend staying here. The guy at reception really likes it when you know how to say thank you and okay in Polish 😄

Instead of clearing up a misunderstanding, the hotel staff responded with insults and aggression. We’ve never had a worse experience with hospitality.

Booking.com got us €300 back, but the hotel stay was unacceptable. There were lies and threats, and guests were treated with complete disrespect.

The room with a shower costs 120 PLN, and the rooms are up in the attic. There’s an elevator, and parking is available. The kitchen has tea, coffee, mugs, and cutlery. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. Card payments are accepted, with check-out by 12:00. Recommended.
