The owners were such lovely, kind people, and the simple rooms had everything we needed. It's an affordable place in a beautiful neighborhood, right near the mountains and hiking trails. The best pizza in the city is just across the street, too. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Bielsko :)

Good, cheap, and in a perfect location. Nothing to complain about.

It's fine for the price, though there's definitely no luxury here. The place was clean, which matters more to me, and the location is good. The older woman at reception spoke a few sentences of English, which I appreciated, though it wasn't necessary. The interior and furniture have a PRL style.

The room was basic and felt overpriced. The heater didn't work properly, so it was really cold at night. It wasn't what I expected :(
