Hotel na Błoniach

Breakfast was the one thing I enjoyed, with a rich and varied selection. The rest made it hard to relax: there was a constant cooking smell on the second floor, and people at the café under the windows stayed until 2 a.m. Both the hotel internet and mobile coverage were very weak. The price also felt high for this level of service.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were kind. Rooms and lobby were clean and nicely decorated, too. We stayed a few nights and had a really great time. There’s free parking and a separate bicycle garage that locks. It’s also a lovely spot for hiking and mountain biking. For a three-star place, some five-star hotels could learn from it. Thanks for everything.

Being beside the forest made it a quiet place to stay. The breakfast had plenty to choose from, including cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, scrambled eggs, and good Polish sausage. Our room was bright, roomy, new, and clean. The outside rooms have a six-inch balcony and a full door, so smokers can be mostly outside if they bring an ashtray. Inside rooms have skylights.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which was the one good part. The room itself was in rough shape: dirty, scuffed walls and wallpaper, a filthy carpet with huge stains, and a very old shower that wasn't clean. Its seal was hanging loose, and the water only got tepid. There was no heating, and the A/C was off with no remote to be found. The desk phone was dead. The twin beds squeaked, and the mattresses were so thin I could feel the slats.
