Good value, really clean, and very nice. Only thing is it's on the third floor.

The dinner we made was delicious, and someone clearly hoped it would turn into “CHEERS.” For us, though, it ended with a big NO. We were asked to leave even though we'd paid through the next day. The owner said we'd paid too little for her to contribute to our business, after calling us rude and unintelligent for making dinner. She burst into the kitchenette while we were finishing a meal cooked in one pot, complaining about a faulty toilet drain. Earlier that day, she'd overheard a friend talking on the phone about cooking and launched into a speech about bills, costs, and the fact that the appliances were electric. At first, the place seemed fine: a good location, clean, simply furnished rooms with bathrooms, and a kitchen shared by guests. The rooms were poorly heated, but the kitchen had very good equipment. We later found we couldn't actually use it. It was like a museum rather than a working kitchen. Nothing in the booking portal or contract said cooking was forbidden, and she didn't listen when we tried to explain the rules we'd been given. The homey atmosphere advertised on various websites turned into a civil war between guests and owner. Insulting guests and trying to pull the wool over their eyes won't help the business thrive or bring people back. I don't recommend staying here if you want to avoid frustration, disappointment, and being controlled.
We were sent here through work for five days, but were told to leave on day four. Apparently, making dinner was enough to get us kicked out. The guesthouse's rules say the kitchen is available, and it's stocked with pots and mashers, so it's hard to see what else they're for. While my friend was cooking, the landlady came barging in, said she wasn't charging enough for us to cook, called us unintelligent, and said we had to be gone the next day. The rooms and bathroom were clean, but freezing cold. That “homey atmosphere” claim is laughable. The landlady was disrespectful, so staying there is a waste of your time. Highly recommend it!
The room was clean and the location in central Bielsko was good. It all seemed fine at first, despite the property being guest rooms on the third floor of a tenement building. Then, on my third day, the owner came in after overhearing me tell my husband I was making dinner for my roommates. She started going on about the bills and how much it cost to cook, and flatly banned anyone from using the stove. The written rules only said that people using the kitchen should clean up afterward. When I asked what I should do with the food I'd already bought, she told me to freeze it and take it home. I cooked dinner anyway. Nobody sensible would carry fresh meat halfway across Poland. I don't recommend the place. The owner is incompetent and insults guests. Hard to believe this sort of thing happens.
It's clean and well located, but the owner is far too intrusive. My friends and I tried the kitchen once during our four-day stay. The rules said it was free for guests to use, yet she flew into a rage, called us unintelligent, threatened us, and said we had to leave the next day, though we'd already paid. It gets cold at night because the radiators are switched off. I don't recommend staying here. A waste of time.
