The food was very tasty, and they were happy to accommodate food intolerances and allergies. But the wellness area is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and customers aren’t told this anywhere except a brochure in the room. You also need your own swimming cap to use the pool, and that requirement isn’t communicated either. The alternative is to rent one for 8 PLN per hour, which is the only amount included in the ticket.

The location is handy for Bochnia and Krakow attractions, and the hotel is right by the train station. It’s modern, has a pool, and offers affordable prices, private parking in front, and access to the pool and fitness center. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. We checked in with a dog without any trouble. The staff were helpful, and check-in was friendly and quick.

The room was nice and large, but that’s about the only good thing. It feels like a hotel from the communist era with a bit of a facelift. You have to pay in cash, which no one told us when booking. There’s a CRT TV in the room, the breakfast was terrible, the tables were dirty, and the coffee was loose.

The room was large, clean and had a good bathroom. Wi-Fi worked well, and guest parking is free. When checking in, ask whether there’s a hairdryer in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and handled requests promptly. Breakfast was standard for a Polish hotel. Hotel guests can use the sports pool across the covered walkway, as well as the gym and spa, all free of charge. Lunch and dinner are served at the restaurant from 5 to 7 PM for 25 zlotys. There’s also an Italian cafe nearby for pizza and pasta, and LIDL, SPAR, a pharmacy and a small wine shop are within 50 meters. I liked almost everything about the place.
