The staff were great, from housekeeping and reception to the dining room and bar. One woman was there most mornings and made the best iced coffee. She was very attentive at breakfast. The food was good, though fresh bread and napkins often ran short. The location is convenient and the underground parking is handy. A few things in the room could be better: the hallway sensor light stayed off until the room door was open, so walking in was unpleasantly dark. Staff have to lower the air conditioning below 24C, since the rooms get hot. A small shower shelf and grab handle would help, as it gets slippery, and a fridge would be useful for longer stays. Still, a great place to stay.

The hotel is close to the center of Boles, a small historic Polish town with interesting sights and enough good food to make a visit enjoyable without feeling like a tourist trap. I was there on business, but staying at the Ibis Styles made the trip feel like a vacation. My room was small, in that European style, but modern and clean. Everything was well maintained. There wasn't a safe, minibar, or ice bucket, but there was a kettle, free tea, and a water flask to refill at the cooler in the hallway. WINESTONE, the fine-dining restaurant on the main floor, was both tasty and affordable. Downstairs there's a small arcade and bowling alley with American-style pizza. Right next door, a gym and small water resort offer aqua aerobics, massages, workout facilities, and a water park.

The restaurant food was amazing, and everyone on staff was incredibly nice. I was here for the ceramics festival, and the location made it easy to walk to the main square in just a few minutes.

The staff are really friendly and ready to help. The hotel is under 10 years old, and it feels modern and well looked after. Downtown is only a few steps away, and there's a pool and gym beside the building, plus bowling.
