Finding the place takes a little attention since it's tucked into a residential neighborhood, though the added signs help. I mostly come here for the pottery, and the helpful, friendly staff and clean rooms have made it a favorite among the hotels and B&Bs I've tried nearby. This was my second visit: the first time I came with friends, and this time I brought friends and my four-year-old.

We were driving a pickup from Frankfurt am Main toward Ukraine at the end of October, my son and I, when my booking mistake left us with a room reserved for two on the wrong date. The nearer dates had been busy, but the owner kindly put us in an available four-bed room instead. It was clean, breakfast was hearty, and the staff treated us warmly. At midnight the owner even came outside to tell us where we could park. The price was more than fair for the quality, and I got a full refund for the mistaken booking. Booking ahead is a good idea. Łukasz Majewski, thank you very much! ))

We paid just 70€ total for two days, so the price was hard to argue with. The shower leaked a little, but it didn't bother me much. The host seemed like we'd interrupted his CS game in another room, though that was a small thing. You can push the beds together if you're after some fun (^.^).

The staff were friendly and gave us useful tips about the town, including where to go pottery shopping. It's a nice, clean place to stay.
