Dinner with my girlfriend was delicious, and everything was presented really nicely. The drinks were poured generously, unlike the measured servings in the UK where someone seems to pop up behind the bar to make sure you don’t get more than you paid for. We spent only about £15, which was the best part.

The dumplings were delicious, and the grilled chicken with vegetables made a good dish. I also liked the broth, and the herring was very good.

I enjoyed the visit and would recommend the tenderloin, which was delicious with potato pancakes. The Caesar salad croutons, though, were awful. The interior is beautiful and the atmosphere pleasant, with delicious food overall. Service was friendly, though the staff could have smiled more.

The pork chop was quite tasty, with a good thickness, no streaks, and breading that stayed on. The cabbage and carrot salad were tasty too. We had to add salt and pepper to the broth ourselves because it was a bit tasteless. The interior felt somewhat pompous, though for such a small town, the place was quite okay.
