Bukowiański Dworek

We stayed six nights from just after Christmas into the new year, and had a brilliant family break. My wife and I wanted to try skiing with our two small children without spending too much in case they didn’t like it, and it worked out really well. The charming owners were attentive and made us feel welcome, while still giving us our own space and being available for special requests. The place is set in a beautiful town, just back from the road so it’s peaceful, yet a stone’s throw from ski slopes, great spots to eat and drink, and one of the best water parks in the area. There’s also a nearby food shop with a good selection, including tasty wines. Parking was ample, and there’s a key fob for secure entry, plus storage for ski gear. The rooms were cost effective and thoughtfully arranged, with hot showers and warm towel rails. Breakfast had plenty of choice and set us up for busy days on the slopes. Lots of little touches worked well, and the spaces were nice to look at. The kids loved the shared chill-out room, which had plenty to keep us busy. My daughter got into the paints on the first day.

The terrace is beautiful, and the spacious, well-equipped kitchen and shared living room are great for everyone. Everything was clean and roomy, and communication with the staff was very good.

We had a great, relaxing time here. There’s a children’s playground on the first floor, and the slopes are nearby. Several inns and restaurants are close too. We recommend the inn under the oak tree. A Frog pharmacy and a post office are also nearby.

A pleasant place to unwind, and the owner is very nice. Our room had a jacuzzi, which was a lovely feature, and you can hear sheep nearby.
