The rooms are great, and the view from the window is phenomenal. But thawing snow followed by a frosty night left ice outside, and nobody cleared it. I fell three times and got some pretty bad bruises, though luckily no broken bones. I also still can't get a company invoice for my stay. I arranged this by phone after sending the main payment. That's a huge customer service failure, especially with no one available on site. I hope the owner sees this review, sends the invoice, and draws conclusions. Jacek Książkowski from Poznań

Everything you need, with clean, well-kept rooms and a lovely terrace for coffee. The window looks straight out onto beautiful mountains. A place I'd highly recommend.

The view was nice, the service friendly, and the place was clean with hot water and a TV. There are electric kettles on every floor, plus free tea and coffee. But the building feels old and altered to fit in as many people as possible. The walls are so thin you hear sneezes and conversations next door, and the sewage pipes make strange noises. The small parking lot has long grass, and the bathrooms don't even have basic hand soap. Fine for teenagers or children on school trips and camps; more demanding guests may find it suitable for just a night or two.
