SCALA Bukowina Tatrzańska

We spent Easter here, and the thermal baths are only about a 25-minute walk away. The location is great, the rooms are clean and roomy, and the food is very good. The staff are really friendly, especially Mrs. Ewa, who’s always ready to help. I recommend staying here.

The meals were a highlight, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and had plenty of variety. We’ve just wrapped up a week at this resort and would recommend it to anyone. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the service was both friendly and professional. Thanks, we’ll definitely come back.

Ms. Ewa was so friendly and kind, and always happy to help 😊. The rooms were lovely and clean, and I have no complaints about them. The food was very good, especially the delicious cakes and cookies. I’d happily recommend this place.

The meals were tasty and varied, and there was plenty so nobody would go hungry. It’s also well placed, close to everything, with the family getaway feeling practically on site. Downstairs, there’s a light spa that’s good for relaxing and getting your energy back. My issue was the manager. At first he seemed like a nice guy at the entrance, and we even had a chat, but when we came back, his ego seemed to take over. We were told it would be cash, but it was card, and he didn’t even answer a polite goodbye. No manners. I’d recommend the place overall, but maybe it’s time to replace this guy. On a scale of 0 to 10, he’d be a 10. For now, I’ll give him a 7.5. Best wishes to future guests, despite this pseudo-host. Best wishes to future guests, despite this pseudo-host.
