Słowacki Hotel, Medical Spa

I went on an NFZ trip in December 2025 and was very satisfied. The location is close to Spa Park, and the spa was clean and warm. My room was large, warm, and cleaned regularly. There was plenty of food, and it was VERY tasty. The treatments offered variety, it was easy to speak with the doctor, and the physiotherapists were very friendly. The reception staff were patient and helpful. Thank you.

The rooms were fantastic, modern, clean, and very functional. I was pleasantly surprised to find such delicious food on my first trip to a new place, and the prices were reasonable too. Both the pizza and the volaille were delicious. I highly recommend it!

The doctors and physiotherapists at Słowacki Hotel were a real plus, and the range of treatments was good. I was there through the National Health Fund (NFZ) program, and everything was in one facility. The renovated room was very good, but there was renovation work going on inside and outside during the day. In the evenings, Tuesday to Sunday from 7 PM to 10 PM, loud music and dancing in the dining room made it hard to relax in my room. The food was acceptable, though repetitive and short on variety. NFZ patients had no parking, not even paid parking, while commercial guests had it included in the room price. Reception staff seemed polite but were cold and brushed off NFZ guests' many requests without dealing with them. I never heard who the management was, or even a “sorry for the inconvenience” about the renovation. The relationship with NFZ patients was a failure.

It was honestly a pleasure staying at the sanatorium. The treatments were great, and the rehabilitation staff, both women and men, were so kind. The food was delicious, and we could have seconds. They really spoiled us. The rooms were cleaned, too. It’s a shame to leave. I wholeheartedly recommend this sanatorium. A very happy patient ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
