The apartment temperature was comfortable, and we were met on time by a kind person who handed over the key and explained where the room was and a few other things. We had arranged the time in advance. I wasn't sure whether she spoke English. Later, I noticed the bathroom floor felt unstable, possibly because water was leaking from the shower cabin. The toilet and floor smelled bad from the moment we arrived. I had booked one large bed, but they pushed two small ones together, and they kept moving apart, which was uncomfortable. The walls are thin, so you can't talk loudly.

The owner arrived on time and explained everything clearly, and communication was easy. Inside, the apartment is quite cosy, with a bathroom that has a hot, powerful shower, though there was an unpleasant smell from the plumbing. The entrance and stairwell feel a bit dodgy and unwelcoming. It's not top quality, but the price is reasonable.

We ended up with nowhere to stay for the night and lost our money. We called the owners many times during the day, but they didn't answer or call back. One phone was picked up around 6pm, and the man said he would check the reservation and call us back, but he never did. He told the Booking helpline that he'd tried to reach us around 4 or 5pm without success, which wasn't true. Be warned, this was a total scam. Better avoid this place.

The apartment is very close to the children's hospital, which was why I chose it. It's clean, well looked after, and has everything you need. The building has an elevator, so getting in with a stroller was easy. I'd recommend it.

The room was questionably clean, and I had to scrub everything myself. There was also an awful smell coming from the bathroom. The apartments are otherwise a no-brainer.
