The manager was remarkably helpful, even offering his own room for a work meeting and reaching out to his contacts for information about Schengen rules. He also dealt with any apartment issues quickly. The service and real willingness to help were unlike what I’ve experienced at other hotels and apartments. Please keep it up, I’ll be back.

We ended up staying three nights in this clean, comfortable, nicely sized apartment, with premium TV and lighting. When we arrived, the bank had frozen our card, but a gentleman helped us get the room and let us pay the next day. That was very good customer service. The location is handy and central, about a 5-10 minute walk from the main square. Highly recommended!

The automated check-in machine has an English setting, but you’ll need a bank or credit card that works in Europe. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped for a short stay, with a small kitchen, pots, pans, plates, utensils, microwave, fridge, and cooktop. There’s a decent-sized bathroom and living room, a comfortable bed, and curtains that keep out most sunlight when closed. WiFi is included and worked OK. The TV has Netflix, and there’s a handy USB charging station. The hotel is near a great pool and gym complex, and also close to the river for a walk or run. Several bus routes serve the area; I took one straight to work, and you can pay on the bus with a bank card. There’s also a tram to downtown from another street. Walking into downtown takes about 15 minutes.

I stay here often and always leave happy. Everyone is friendly and polite, it’s super clean, and the location is great. A definite five stars from me!
