The place feels old, dark, and full of little things that aren't in order. Management should think about a major overhaul. The staff seem as if they have to be there, but having a job is a choice, isn't it? Otherwise, move on. The lighting, parking, stairs, and room windows all need attention. 😞

We were turned away in the middle of the night because our dog was supposedly too big, even though the hotel was advertised on Booking.com as pet-friendly. My family wasn't allowed to stay, and we weren't refunded. If pets aren't accepted, don't mislead tired travellers who need somewhere to sleep for a couple of hours after a long journey.

We showed up at three in the morning without a reservation, and the staff kindly helped us check in. The room had a TV, Wi-Fi, and a nice bathroom, and the beds were very good. We slept well, and I liked our stay.

The rooms were clean enough, but the staff didn't know English. I pressed the button for floor 1 in the elevator and ended up on the second floor. When I asked reception which button would take me to the first, he couldn't understand me. My English isn't perfect, so I asked if he spoke English, and he said no. Luckily, my friend was with me and knew Polish.

For a two-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the room was. It was clean and had a comfortable bed.
