The rooms need renovation, especially the bathroom, which was a disaster. The shower stalls have curtains, and the towels could be replaced. The beds themselves were okay, though the 14-inch TVs are a bit much. Breakfast was very tasty, the machine coffee was good, and the service was friendly.

The staff were polite, but the way the payment was handled was not. My card was charged 10.99 euros for a very cheap wine without my consent. There was no notice in the room saying it wasn’t a welcome treat. You simply shouldn’t pay by card. I won’t let this go: no one has the right to access my account without consent. I’m sure I’ll get the money refunded because this is fraud. Mr. Manager, I’m waiting for an explanation and my money back.

The price and breakfast were okay, and the service was very okay too. Cleanliness could have been better, and the infrastructure was starting to look worn. The hotel grounds weren’t very well maintained either.
