I couldn’t get any sleep after about 4 a.m. because my room was right beside the exit. People kept standing outside to smoke their first cigarette of the day and repeatedly slamming the door. Smoke also came straight into the room, so I had to keep the window closed. Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with the stay.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds comfortable. Beyond that, I was disappointed. There was no foot towel or shampoo, and breakfast was poor, with awful coffee. Our tourist group was served separately from the other guests and got very little food. The staff spoke only Polish even though I addressed them in English, and the overall attitude felt disdainful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the food was excellent. The wellness area, though, was really terrible.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with lots of tasty options, and the staff were very friendly. The place looks good, is comfortable, and is well furnished. My room had two single beds and was a little small but still fine. The bathroom was small too, though well equipped. There’s a tram stop nearby, but taking an Uber is easier and not expensive.

The location suited the event I was attending, and it was very good value for money. The room was nice, though a little dark, and had a previous smoker smell that I could accept.
