I’ve stayed here more than once, and it’s a good base for Ciechocinek if you’re travelling by car. Free parking and breakfast are a real plus. The rooms are cozy, though the views aren’t great: it’s mostly an empty field, and some windows look onto wall corners. Breakfast is decent, with a good range of fresh food, just nothing fancy. There’s a small gym area and an even smaller space for children, but it’s enough to keep busy for an hour. Recommended!

The price was very high, and the hotel isn’t near town. The apartment I booked turned out to be a room with just one chair, no canal TV, and no privacy on the balcony. Breakfast was bad. The spa area looked like a dirty temporary setup in a corner by the terrace. The main terrace was scruffy, with dirty bins and a sewer smell, and there were beetle-like bugs in reception. The photos on booking. Com don’t show what you actually get.

Everything else was good, but the restaurant was a problem. It’s rarely open during the off-season, mostly on weekends, and even when it is open, you can’t count on getting a table. That’s still true even if reception says it’ll be fine.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff were lovely and helpful. It’s a great hotel in a lovely location, and we’ll definitely visit again. Cudowny hotel- polecam każdemu!
