Hotel Neapol

The food was absolutely delicious, especially the curry soup, which is a must-try, and the service was attentive. We had a lovely evening. We chose this restaurant based on its photos, and it exceeded what we expected. One small suggestion: some simple activities for kids, like coloring pages or mind teasers, would be a nice addition.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the food, service, and atmosphere here were top-notch. It’s comfortable, pleasant, romantic, and delicious, without that stiff luxury feel. One of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at. :)

Most of my visits to Neapol have been great. I come to Poland more than three times a year and usually visit Neapol at least four times during a week-long stay. The food is always good and the service is usually impeccable. I still plan to recommend it to people visiting the area, and I think this was probably a one-off, but this time left me disappointed. My partner’s pasta arrived well before my pizza, and it was stone cold by the time my food showed up. I’d placed my order at 18:43, then heard nothing from the waitress until 19:40, when she brought the wrong pizza. She didn’t apologize and seemed to dismiss the mistake, blaming me instead. The pizza also stayed on the bill. If I hadn’t had so many good visits before, this would have been a one-star review. Without this bad visit, it would have been five.

What a joke. I found nothing good here. The “rosół” was awful, the pasta tasted reheated and old, and it was undercooked too. The pizza was watery and tasteless. The lemonade was just syrup, so bad that McDonald’s would be a better choice.
