We didn't stay at the hotel, just came for the spa. For the price, I wasn't especially impressed. We emailed and tried calling ahead to book, but got no answer either way. When we arrived, they said no treatments were available. So we used the spa and sauna complex instead. It was okay, but looked a bit dated and worn. I liked that there were pool toys for the children. The sauna was very hot, which was great, but afterwards there were only cold-water showers. The location is great, just a short walk from the salt graduation towers and right beside the lovely park in Ciechocinek.

A horrible place to stay. The room service was pathetic, and I wasted both time and money. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

My parents stayed at the hotel from 27-28.01.2019, and I joined them the last night. They were pleasantly surprised by the room's size, the bathroom finishes, and the generally high standard of cleanliness. I also thought the breakfast was high quality: a fresh omelet made by the chef, nutritious desserts, lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, and coffee and tea from decent brands. The coffee machine offered six different types of coffee. I'd strongly recommend the place. I took one star off for sleep comfort. The bed fell short for me because there was only one pillow option, which matters a lot to me. Another small drawback was hearing the guest in the next room snoring.

The location works well, close to the city center, and parking is available, though all the spaces are outside. The beds are comfortable and Wi-Fi is free. Staff are friendly, too. The bathrooms are dated and badly need renovation, and most rooms have an old, tiny 22-inch flatscreen TV.

I stayed for a weekend and a few weekdays, and found the hotel modern, clean, and comfortable, with good food and helpful, very nice staff. Not everyone speaks English, but they still try to understand and help. The only downside for me was the pool area: it was noisy with lots of kids over the weekend. By Monday most people had left, and I could swim without being disturbed.
