Pokoje Venezia

We liked the convenient location and the room's nice, slightly loft-style decor. The windows look onto the garden of the "Nowa Wenecja" restaurant, but that didn't bother us since it closes at 10:00 PM. We stayed for three nights. There was only one magnetic card, so when my husband took the dog out in the evening, I had to sit in the dark. It wasn't a big problem, but it would have been a better rating if the owner had answered when we tried to book another night two weeks later. She wouldn't answer her phone or respond. If there was an issue, she could have told us. I found that unprofessional.

The room was clean and spacious, and the location is great. But the service has been terrible. I've been trying to get an invoice for two weeks through Booking.com, by phone and by text, with no reply. Please take note: if you need an invoice, you probably won't get one.

The owner can be reached by phone, and checking in was easy. The rooms are great and the location is perfect.

Communication with the lovely owner was seamless, and I felt really well looked after. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including coffee, tea and little treats. The beds were very comfortable, towels and a hairdryer were provided, and the bathroom had liquid soap and shower gel. The place was spotless and smelled lovely as soon as we walked in. Check-in was easy and contactless, with clear instructions. Parking is right outside, and the Friendship Bridge is just around the corner, so the location couldn't be better. I'll definitely be back!
