I know this is a low-cost hotel, but the rooms were dirty and uncomfortable. There were bugs in ours, and the balcony door was broken and looked like it might fall off. I asked at the front desk about an upgrade, but the receptionist was rude and said nothing could be done.

After riding many kilometers on rainy Polish roads, I was allowed to park my motorcycle in the hotel lobby. The staff were great, and it's a motorcycle-friendly hotel with great value for money. I'll come again!

Magdalena at reception was very courteous, and the 26 American passengers I was leading all had an issue-free stay. We spent one night in a twin room, which was perfectly adequate, with a working toilet and shower. The hotel is fairly basic, with just one small lift that fits two people and one bag each, rather than a large lobby and several elevators. Breakfast was decent, with meat, bread, and cereal, and the ground-floor dining room seats up to 50. There’s a small shopping mall about a 10-minute walk away.

This place may have been sophisticated 20 years ago, but I wouldn’t stay here now. The corridor lights didn’t work, and the room was dirty, with spiders and webs in the corners of both the room and bathroom. There were stains on the bedding and on a dining room tablecloth, and the curtains had holes.

The staff were kind and spoke excellent English, and the Wi-Fi worked great. We also had free parking. Our room was huge, with a great chair, and the bathroom was spotless with an amazing shower. It was very quiet overall, though we could hear some noise from the hallway. The bed was so soft that I had trouble sleeping.
