Our stay at Górski Eden Apartments was disappointing, mainly because what we got didn’t match how the property appeared on Booking.com. The assigned unit was much smaller and more cramped than the spacious apartment in the listing, and it had no air conditioning. The bathroom fan was so loud when switched on that using it was disruptive. In the kitchen, some glasses were damaged, and the coffee machine seemed to need professional servicing. The dinnerware also looked like a budget retail brand, which added to the sense that the quality was below expectations. The balcony wasn’t peaceful either. There was ongoing noise from a nearby drainage system and air conditioning units at neighboring residences. When we raised these problems, the host was dismissive and said the unit could be rented to other people if it didn’t suit us. With the functional issues and that response, the experience was regrettable. I’d advise potential guests to be cautious.

We booked four nights expecting the bright, spacious bedroom shown in the photos. What we got was a tiny 6 sqm bedroom without a window, more like a poorly ventilated closet. It was hard to breathe at night. We complained right away and asked for a room change or partial refund, but the property refused both. Be cautious when booking, since the room may not match the pictures, and don’t count on management to help if there’s a problem.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the view looked just like it did in the pictures. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
