The view of the lake and mountains from the window is stunning, and the hotel offers a comfortable stay with attentive service. Staff were smiling and handled our requests nicely. In March, a double room with breakfast was 300 zł. The room had the comfort and equipment expected of a four-star hotel, including very good air conditioning. The restaurant has a classic style, with high-level service and cuisine. The food was delicious, especially the steak. The indoor pool and saunas were operating, and they also offer many massages and cosmetic treatments. Breakfast is buffet-style, with enough food even if the choice isn’t huge. There’s an outdoor children’s playground, a linen park inside the building, and a large terrace with a grill area, which I think is used for summer parties, probably weddings. You can walk to Czorsztyn castle and the lake. There are two other restaurants nearby, as well as a convenience shop. In normal times, the hotel offers a transfer to Czorsztyn ski resort; otherwise it’s only a five-minute drive. One drawback is the lack of an elevator, so upper floors aren’t wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend it for a comfortable break and good customer care.

The sunshine was a welcome bonus, and the staff were kind at reception. Thanks also to Mr. Musinski for his courtesy. My expectations were already high because someone recommended this resort, but the garden, Spa, and restaurant all impressed me. Special thanks to Indian chef Mr. Roopesh PK.

Up on the hill, the hotel has great views across the lake and the Tatra mountains. It makes a good base for trails and hikes, with comfortable rooms that are a little old but still clean and functional. The pool and spa area are convenient too.

The location is great and the staff are very nice. The rooms and bathroom were okay, and the restaurant was fine, though the food was average. Prices seemed a bit high. I heard they’d recently gone up under a new owner, but I couldn’t see a good reason for the increase. The pool area looked worn and could use some care. A loud disco Polo DJ in the evening drove me out of the restaurant.
