We recommend this place. The house is lovely, the owner is nice, and the rooms are tidy and clean. There’s a balcony in each room, on every floor, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is fantastic, with a restaurant, a good pizzeria, and a few pubs along the way nearby. The castle is a little farther down.

This is our second cycling trip in the Pieniny Mountains, and we’re staying at the fantastic Gabi Guest Rooms again. The owners are super friendly, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the location makes a great base for bike trips around the Pieniny Mountains from Czorsztyn. We highly recommend it.

We had two rooms with a balcony, which worked really well for our family. The way the property and floor entrances are laid out also makes it feel less crowded. The rooms are clean and well kept, the price is attractive compared with many parts of Poland, and parking is free. It’s a handy base for lots of lovely places nearby, including Czorsztyn and Niedzica castles, rafting on the Dunajec River, Szczawnica, and Homole Gorge. We even started the trail to Mount Trzy Korony (Three Crowns) right from the house. A shepherd’s hut selling fresh oscypek cheese is very close, and you can get smoked trout straight from the farm in Mizerna. The owner rents out bikes for a ride around Lake Czorsztyn, though we haven’t managed to do that yet, ha, ha. There’s so much to see that we ran out of time, so we’ll be back. And a warm hello to Jadwiga, the very friendly owner. She looks after her guests, is easygoing and approachable, and is happy to negotiate.
