My family and I left the next morning, after just two days there, starting August 11, 2025. Last year, the kitchen sink was clogged and the faucet was loose, and both problems were still there this year. I reported that the TV wasn’t working in the morning and asked to have it fixed by evening. The owner said she’d handle it, but after 8 p.m. I had to call again. She said she’d forgotten, though someone would come soon. By 10 p.m. I was angry, disgusted, and felt completely ignored, so I went to bed. This doesn’t make me want to return. I don’t recommend it, and I won’t be back.

Our booking was canceled by the owners less than a day before the stay. It had been made almost a week earlier. They said they had only just checked the calendar and got it wrong. A mistake can happen to anyone, sure, but not checking the calendar when the booking came in and then calling it a mistake feels like a blatant lie. I guess they think guests can magically teleport to their guesthouse, with no travel or plans to work around. That’s not how it works.

Other guests pointed out that some people were behaving inappropriately, and at night there was shouting and door slamming that made it hard to sleep. Luckily, we were only there for one night. The place has potential, but it’s very neglected. The room was very dirty: stained floor, cobwebs all over the walls, and a thick layer of dust under the bed. The TV hadn’t been wiped in ages and didn’t work. The bathroom vent was so caked in grime it was scary to think what might be in it. The shower was dirty, there was no soap in the dispenser by the sink, and the balcony beer bottles were full of cigarette butts from previous guests. I don’t recommend it.

It’s quiet here, with free parking and lots of space for kids, including a game net, trampoline, and swings. Karolina is so friendly and takes great care of guests. You can arrange a generous home-cooked breakfast with her for a small fee, and there’s a barbecue area too. A forest is right behind, so the air feels clean and fresh. We had a room with a balcony, a fridge, and a TV. The beds were comfortable, the bedding clean and fresh, and the bathroom was fine. There were a few cobwebs in the corners and some stains on the walls, though not everywhere. They didn’t bother us, and I wiped them away. It’s a short walk to the sea, and the manor is open all year. At this price, we might come back next year. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere affordable and away from the bustle.
